Nice hotel at a good value
This hotel was charming and in a good location. The supermarket across the street was convenient for beverages and also has some fast dining options. The breakfast was nice and included juice and coffee. The only thing that was not as described was the presence of a hot tub . The swimming pool was very cold, so it was hard to be in it for long.

OK with a few frustrations
The hotel is dated and in need of some upgrades. We had multiple rooms and had issues with one of them with no hot water. Another had a toilet that didn’t work properly. At the front desk, we heard similar complaints. It was ok to stay here especially for its location.

The property is old and needs to start renovations. Breakfast was was plentiful but not so tasty and lacking meat of any kind. All beans and tortillas with scramble eggs. The staff was great. Kind and helpful including the service and registration desk. Overal is a good place to stay

It was a great value for the price. They allowed me to check in early, which very helpful. It's not a super fancy place, but the pool is large and clean, the room was also large, clean and had amenities such as a microwave, a mini-fridge and a smart tv. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again while in transit from the San Jose del Cabo airport to my final destination in Baja California Sur.

Room was disgusting and looked nothing like the photos… there were bugs in the room, paint was peeling off of the walls, the soap dispenser was broken, the drapes did not cover the windows fully, the drapes had holes and were discolored, and all of the light bulbs were different colors. I could hear everything the people were doing in the rooms around me, including lots of door slamming and screaming.
