Accommodation was super basic. Think of it more as a private room backpackers rather then a hotel

The Staff very friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is very strategic. Easy to go to nearby shopping mall. Many 24 hours convenience store.
Just only TV channels are not very clear. Hotel management should put a glass, a kettle or a jar in the room.If possible, hotel should provide free flow of cool drinking water and instant coffee to the customer.
To sum up, I feel very happy to stay here. The room very clean.

For a budget hotel, it was surprisingly pleasant
We only stayed for a couple of hours (checked in at 8pm, checked out 1030am). Room was clean, well maintained.
Do not bother to get rooms with windows because not much of a view there. Suitable as a transit hotel

Good showers, not as quiet
We stayed here a week before and thought it was a very satisfactory place to stay for a night or two. The rooms are quite small, but clean, and as I noted before, the shower was hot and had great pressure. The first time we were in room 216, which was good. The second we were in 215, which was slightly larger, but much noisier. The sound of flushing toilets from either next to us or above us was quite loud. But it is something you get used to relatively quickly, so not a big issue.

Characterless box, but clean, and GREAT shower
It was a tiny, windowless box of a room, which was expected. The AC worked, the place was clean, and the shower was probably the best we've had in Borneo - hot and strong water pressure.

Hotel was only ok, rooms are small, would not pay extra for the windows, you do get a bit more room but the noise is annoying! The room was tidy I would not say clean. The area on a evening questionable, ok if you want a massage! But it felt safe enough. Location is good, walking distance for everything. It's a kinda pay for what you get place. Taxi station right outside and local food place. The food and beer was cheap.

Cheap, but not so cheerful
The location was good as was the price, but it stops there. The Hotel was a little grotty and needed some maintenance. The bathroom was mouldy and the whole place had seen better days.

buona posizione, molto pulito
Per passare qualche giorno a Kota Kinabalu va più che bene. Economico, in buona posizione vicino al mercato notturno e la pulizia è ineccepibile.
