Lovely, charming place, super friendly staff. We were upgraded to a suite and our room was massive. Love the vibe here, comfortable beds, quiet location and close to everything. Lovely coffee bar and opens as a bar in the evening. We were here for the big snow and were very well taken care of - thank you!

Hands down the best thing about this hotel is the people that work there. From the front desk staff to the barista’s to the management everyone was very accommodating and friendly. We got stuck there due to the snowstorm and they were able to give us a lower rate to our room and still keep us in a higher rated room. They allowed us to have late checkout and we’re very helpful with providing tips.

The rooms are large, clean and very cute really like the furnishings and accessories very old-school New York. Coffee shop is great never experienced the bar as we always got home too late and it was already closed. Overall great location. Wish they had some type of food option on location in the evening as we had to always order DoorDash or Uber eats if the kids were hungry.
