10/10 Exceptional

Lovely, charming place, super friendly staff. We were upgraded to a suite and our room was massive. Love the vibe here, comfortable beds, quiet location and close to everything. Lovely coffee bar and opens as a bar in the evening. We were here for the big snow and were very well taken care of - thank you!
Susan, 2-night trip

The hotel staff is delightful and they upgraded our room for free to a suite and when we had to stay an extra night due to the snowstorm, they allowed us to stay in our suite for the lower cost. They were very accommodating and helpful

Spotless room, courteous staff. We also appreciated the responsive thermostat and delicious coffee/croissants available in the lobby (at extra cost, but hey, quality).

Angela, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Hands down the best thing about this hotel is the people that work there. From the front desk staff to the barista’s to the management everyone was very accommodating and friendly. We got stuck there due to the snowstorm and they were able to give us a lower rate to our room and still keep us in a higher rated room. They allowed us to have late checkout and we’re very helpful with providing tips.

Hotel would not allow me to check in.
William, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The rooms are large, clean and very cute really like the furnishings and accessories very old-school New York. Coffee shop is great never experienced the bar as we always got home too late and it was already closed. Overall great location. Wish they had some type of food option on location in the evening as we had to always order DoorDash or Uber eats if the kids were hungry.

Caroline, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely boutique hotel with a wonderful coffee shop and beautiful courtyard to sit at and enjoy. We also loved the pop up restaurant/bar in the courtyard.
Courtney, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Location is top notch. Old hotel with character. Amazing bed. Very large deluxe king room. Heat wasn’t working and a portable heater arrived in my room within minutes, great fix. A bit more attention to room deferred maintenance would be good - like going room to room to proactively assess. A painting hung on the wall kept going crooked and someone could probably walk through the rooms with a toolbelt to show some TLC and fix that sort of thing. . No coffee in room for a $500+ a night hotel is a definite miss.
Scott, 1-night trip

An experience!

The most comfortable bed ever! I had my best night of sleep in this hotel! I loved the water refill station and the courtyard. Excellent neighborhood.

The Highline Hotel is a super hotel. It has a slow pace to it and feels nice to step off of the street and retreat to this nice space.
