Our air conditioner was making a horrible high pitched sound so I called to complain and even at 10:30 at night they were extremely accommodating and moved us to a new room! Checked in a little early, and Tenice and Anthony at the front desk were efficient, pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and pool was warm enough to be pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.
