It was a comfortable stay in a hotel as quiet as downtown New York can be thanks to the higher floors, with one of the better US hotel breakfasts I've had. The hotel is showing it's age in the room furniture, fixtures, carpets etc., but everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Madison the manager went out of her way to accommodate us when there was a small maintenance issue which meant we were not able to stay in the room we had booked.
