The hotel is pretty standard but the price is right. However there person less entry after hours wasn't great. Our door code didn't work and we had to stand in the hallway for 30 minutes until the guy came and got us in a room. But their team was responsive to our needs. Other than that it was fine.

Not a pleasant place
All room was unappealing mismatched curtains that were damaged, broken windows, burners on the stove that did not work, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bedding was stained the apartment really needs some updating and repairs, it was loud especially at night going on till after 2 AM music screaming and then first thing in the morning garbage truck trucks and delivery trucks outside the window that was as loud. The people were so nice and so was the bathroom. The location was central to all the activities

It Is What It Is, Man
Listen, this isn’t the Ritz Carlton. But for the price and the location, this is an amazing place to stay for exploring Miami Beach. The rooms are dated and could use a good pressure wash, but overall you won’t find a better deal! The staff were all excellent and the check in process was super simple. If you are looking for a place to crash that’s cheap and you’re unpretentious and looking for amenities, this is the place for you! I personally think the grit was part of the charm and I would stay here again without question!

Dump!
Please don’t ever choose this place. It looks like a dump. The mini kitchen and bathroom windows were broken so people could just open and enter at any time. The apartment door barely locked and the kitchen still had crumbs on the oven from prior guests. Photos are very deceiving. Unfortunately I only have videos and the site doesn’t let me upload them.

Difficult check-in.
The room we stayed at is nothing like the one in the picture. There was a terrible noise from the Aircon Unit outside our window. The check-in was difficult. They were suppose to send an email 24hrs before, it was only sent in the morning. We were travelling and not able to connect to send the form. We called and the message wasn't passed on. They didn't advised that we did definitely need to send the form back.

Horrible, no help asked for extra blanket, said will to check and will call back. No calls. No phone no room service, asked the guy sitting can you tell how far is the port from here. Answer don’t know, Asked can you check, five minutes later no response and we left. No courtesy stay fir extra 30 minutes, said will cost you $50 Never seen this kind of service. Will recommend never stay at this place.
