Wonderful place to stay!

The front desk staff were wonderful, very friendly and willing to help. Our room was in the Castaway building above the pool and it was surprisingly quiet. The guests with children seemed to be having a great time.

Great stay!

All the staff was friendly and attentive, ranging from the front desk to the kitchen staff! I would definitely stay here again especially when it's warmer!

Family friendly resort

Pool was great! Food on the premises was okay, but super convenient after a long day spent in the parks. Bowling was super overpriced, and did not give prices when setting a reservation time. $24 a person is crazy!

Such a FUN hotel!!

This resort is incredible!! And massive!! Pool is heated to bathtub temperature.. loved the firepit and smores kit you can purchase..what a fun idea!! Many different options for food and a free shuttle to other universal properties. We just loved our stay!!

It was a great experience. Walk to Volcano Bay easy. Shuttle to City Walk and other parks. Pool and hot tub nice. Lots of life guards for children's safety.

Clean and friendly service. A lot extractions around. One negative side is they didn’t mention $25 parking fee a days.

Best hotel to stay if you are going to Volcano Bay. Lots of dining options, bowling alley and arcade for kids. Our hotel of choice when visiting Universal Studios
