The room, staff and location are perfect!! Cafe is only open for breakfast and it is very good and reasonably priced. Only call out and this is not the hotels fault. It is NY and can be loud at night. We were on the 16th floor and it sounded like the windows were open. We ended up turning the fan on for the AC all night to help drown out the noise. Again not the hotel's fault just wanted to let any light sleepers know.
