The best part of our stay was how helpful and friendly the staff were! The room was clean and we had wonderful sunset views. If noise bothers you, you'll want to be in a room that faces away from the street were the music from the restaurant can be clearly heard. It didn't bother us, fortunately.

My room was great. It overlooked Lake Erie, which was absolutely beautiful. The items in the food area were a bit expensive, but the breakfast sandwich was good. I do wish there was a pool in the hotel. I would come back to stay again.

We stayed in Cleveland an extra night and a bartender from downtown told us to stay here and that this area was great to go to eat and drink. Walking around is super easy. He was so right! From Valet parking to checking in everything was great. Our room on the 4th floor facing the river was terrific. Bed was cozy. Nicely decorated. (Parking was $45 valet - $30 self parking )
