The room is spacious and overall property is clean. Good bed and also bathroom is not so small. The location is also calm and not far from Tokyo Tower. However, there are very limited restuarants nearby.

This hotel had very kind staff who did what they could to better our situation. Our biggest issue with this location is that the room was set to 28 Celsius and we had no way of decreasing the temperature since the building was set to only heat. The desk staff gave us fans but could not change the setting for the temperature. After a few days and several complaints later, the room air setting was changed from heat to cool but still was difficult to get the room to a comfortable level. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our curtains were broken so sunshine blazed through the window each morning making it hard to sleep. The area around the faculty was safe but had limited dining or shopping. There was 2 metro stations within a 10 minute walk but the main station needed to move around the city was a 15 minute walk which is not easy with luggage. The facility had coin operated laundry with a dryer. Wifi was good. The facility also had luggage storage. Not a bad place to stay overall but the temperature issue and lack of close handicap accessible transportation really decreased my likelihood to recommend this hotel.

宿泊の1ヶ月前に予約しました。少し年季が入っているためか、大人2人素泊りで同じくらいの施設より一万円程お安く泊まれるということで予約させてもらいました。 当日はフロントですぐに予約が確認出来てとても丁寧な対応でした。 お部屋は清潔感があり、同じくらいの施設より広々として快適でした。バスルームの入口に段差がありますが、踏み台があり対策されていました。その分、バスタブは大きめでゆったりできました。 宿泊費用が浮いた分で近くのイタリアンを堪能できました。 ベットも寝心地が良かったです。 チェックアウトもスムーズでした。 次回は館内の中華料理も食べてみたいです。（中華のお土産もたくさんありました） 機会がありましたら、またお願いしたいです。
