Very good location. Good view from the room you can see the Insadong and traditional houses but we found a bug in the shower box and room wasn’t prepared for 3 people ,sleepers and towels… and only shower gel which can be shampoo as well need some more amenities even though eco friendly.

Exceptional Service and Prime Location
The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of many great attractions. The service was outstanding, particularly the front desk staff member who speaks fluent English and was extremely helpful. During my trip, I stayed at three different hotels, and this hotel’s staff stood out as the best.

This hotel is perfectly situated in Insadong. The lovely shops and cafés are just acriss the stree in Ikseon-dong! The laundry facilities are comfortable and the roof top has a wonderful space to gather. There is a beautiful view of Namsan Tower! I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again on my next visit ro Seoul.

Now that we know. Seoul marathon 2024 may be the reason why this tourist hotel is packed. Or, Halloween Friday is the major attraction of young tourists from vicinity. The location is very convenient but it took us 1 & half hour on taxi to go to ICN. If there were airport shuttle service or concierge to give us more idea about Seoul marathon 2024, we would have been better off. The service from the front desk is good. Hot bath and gym are very good. Room is fair.
