DIRTY SOFA!!!
When I checked into the room I was getting the pull out sofa ready for my child. Upon pulling it out the device that was holding the mattress was covered in a white mildew/mold like substance. I checked the mattress itself and it was filthy. The sofa was somewhat clean but had a few questionable spots. It was late at night so we just covered the sofa with a sheet/blanket and made it work. When I went to check out and let them know of the issue no one was around. I rang the desk bell and waited a bit more and again no one showed up. So, I just left the card and left because I had to get to my destination.

Very good value with a nice breakfast
Have stayed before, nice rooms, very clean and comfortable break included is good but not as good as Delrio they have fruit and whipped cream😁 for the waffles. But these rooms are very nice

This place was clean and the staff at check in was nice and helpful. My poor rating was due to our tub being completely clogged and would not drain at all. This being a pet friendly hotel is great and all but should be a way to let your guests know if they would like to stay next to someone with dogs and give them the choice to stay or not. We had several dogs barking next door to us nonstop, we unfortunately didn’t get much rest.

From moment o walked in I was greeted and welcomed. They gave me my room and when I went into the room it was cool which made me take a 15 min nap. When I returned after a long day at the show and was so happy to see the bright white lights in the parking lot. It definitely made me feel a good about walking to the door at 1am. Breakfast wasn’t the best the sausage could have been cooke a lil longer, no big deal because I didn’t have time to eat anyway. They do have waffles and oatmeal but that would have taken to long since o over slept in the comfy bed. The other things o did t like probably were my own issues because everyone else was an enjoying them. Great place and great price with great service from the front desk to housekeeping, thanks Laquinta 😊
Bubbas hamburger is next door worth the best burger’s recommended by staff.

Hallway smelled musty, but that was the best of it. Smell of mold as soon as room was entered. That made the entire experience very uncomfortable. Condensation on the floor at the entrance was slippery. Loud motor/fan noise nonstop in the bathroom. Paint coming off the walls. Broken chair at the desk (on the lowest vertical position) made work at the desk useless. Was offered a stiff table chair that wasn't much higher. Empty (and rusty) wall brace left over the desk.
