The room was amazing, if not a little small but I assumed it would be. We were on the 20th floor with a perfect view of Penn Station/MSG and the city. Breakfast was better than I expected. Great location and very friendly helpful staff.

Great location for an event at MSG. Convention to Penn Station. Hotel had great amenities, large bedroom and bath for NYC, rooftop bar and sitting area was fabulous and free breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well worth the price!

6/10 Good

Overall, our stay was just okay. The hotel is outdated and could use some updating. Unfortunately, the staff were neither warm nor welcoming, and elevators were slow. The biggest positive was the excellent location, which made getting around the city very convenient. With better customer service and some renovations, this hotel could be a much better experience.

I was there for a concert at Madison Square Garden excellent location. The staff is very friendly and professional. Enjoyed the roof top view . Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Had the city view and it was beautiful especially at night. First visit to New York and had a great experience and will definitely stay again.
