Really nice hotel with great staff, great location and great views on the 19th floor. There is a complimentary breakfast which is simple but good quality and a nice option if you want to save some money on eating out. Would highly recommend and will go back here when I return to NYC.

Good hotel, needs sprucing up but a good base
The hotel is nicely situated to base a NYC stay on - the rooms are on the small side and hotel does need some renovation work, a fridge would be nice in the room. The staff are fantastic there and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is of a standard of all holiday inn express hotels and cannot be faulted however the dining area is small and at time we were waiting for 10mins to get a seat.

Good location but mediocre/low end rooms
Great location near Bryant Park, however, this hotel is not up to par of a normal Holiday Inn. Only one elevator was working, which meant extremely long wait times relying on the remaining slow elevator to work. The room itself had stains on the wallpaper, clock, and an incredibly uncomfortable bed. The bed seemed like it was from the 1980's and still in use. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
