Overall very good
Hotel itself is great, rooms are great with nice view and very good pillows. The sauna and pool area on the top was very nice and the water was not too cold. The breakfeast was very good although we were just given options for the breakfeast 7-8 or 8-9 so if we don't eat before 9 you don't eat at all. Also a bit weird that you cannot check-in into hotel in Finland using finnish although english was no problem for me.

Great place to stay with kids
Overall a great stay! The hotel is very beautiful with huge common spaces like lounge and restaurant. Breakfast was very versatile and fresh. The pool is unfortunately cold during winter, so it was not possible to swim there with a child. Sauna is great though. Very easy to reach with trams as the stops are right in front of the main entrance of the hotel.

Here’s a Great location for catching the ferry to Tallinn. The hotel is quiet, spotless, and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a great variety. While there’s not much to do in the immediate area, the staff were very helpful and professional. The Sky Bar and pool were definite highlights, adding a nice touch to the stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

An excellent stay!
I had upgraded to a superior room and found it spacious and comfortable. The bed was perfect, soft but not too soft, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. My room was on the 15th floor and the sea view couldn't have been better! The breakfast was tasty, with a nice selection of just about everything one could hope to have. The only negative was the weak shower pressure, but luckily there was also a bathtub, so I didn't mind.

Stylish and modern, with fabulous views
This is a very nice and modern hotel. Its highlight is, literally, a sauna and swimming pool on the top floor. The swimming pool protrudes a meter or so outside the wall, so that it is possible to stand over the street and look down. Also, sauna section has a great view.

Nice stay
Standard room was comfortable with nice view but it was odd to have desk in front of the window blocking the view. Nice to have quality coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast room was comfortable and breakfast had good variety of options. Only thing missing on second morning was rye bread (which is big deal to us not eating wheat). We did ask for it but there was no refill during last hour of serving. Location was convenient with tram stops just outside the door and walking distance to many places. Common areas were comfortable and offered chance to spend time at hotel facilities.

Standards monitoring by management?
My third stay at this hotel. Unfortunately this time I was given a very grubby room, the floors were dirty and worn and the room door and bathroom door had large dents on them like someone had hacked on to them with a tool?? And it has been badly repaired with some kind of paste. I am not sure if these rooms are inspected regularly as it would be a quick job to change the doors. I find it odd at a 4 star hotel there isn’t even a spoon in the room or any standard tea. The breakfast is consistently good and food items are high quality and fresh. There was little wardrobe space to hang the clothes. If you want comfort and space you must book an upgrade not the standard room. The level of cleanliness has unfortunately gone down from last visit, and the corridor carpets in floor 8 at least had stains on them. This hotel is worth it if you book the more expensive rooms and take full advantage of the sauna and breakfast facilities. Very easy reach to town centre, less than 10 mins on the tram from just outside the hotel.
