Perfect to explore Bairro Alto and beyond

Lovely hotel in the great location in Bairro Alto district. Nice rooms with excellent facilities. The rooftop bar is pretty cool with views across the city and the water. The limited food and drink I had were also excellent. Add the brilliant and friendly staff made my stay special.

Amazing find

Our stay was awesome! What a gem of a boutique hotel. The hotel was in a great location with amazing restaurants surrounding it. Michelin star Mexican attached was over the top amazing. The hotel itself was clean and our city view room was well apportioned and so comfortable,best sleep in our 2 weeks. Would highly recommend and would stay again on return to Lisbon

Good location, mediocre service

The location of this hotel is great and the rooms are more spacious than we expected. Really comfortable beds and quiet at night. Downsides: We didn’t find the staff to be particularly helpful. The individual at check in was rude and even though we were told we could settle our room charge at the end with preferred cards they charged it all at check in and then were unable to reverse the charge and put it onto new cards. They also mention being eco friendly but even though we hung the towels up to not be replaced they did so daily.
