The young lady who checked us in on Saturday 28th June was superb. Very professional and friendly and set a lovely tone to the start of our trip. The honesty bar, although we didn't use it, was a lovely touch and the garden was lovely to sit out in.

Wonderful friendly staff who went out of their way to make our three-night stay enjoyable. Loved the tranquility of the rooms that are on the back of the hotel overlooking a koi pond. Very convenient for us while visiting friends around the Guildford area.

Service from all staff was excellent, very friendly, and informative. Room was spotless, showers were fantastic. The bar area was beautifully decorated and well stocked. Breakfast was fresh, home cooked and the additon of fresh fruit/yoghurts was a bonus. Comfortable bed, and ample space for clothes etc. I will definiteky be returning if i am back in the area.

Every aspect of the hotel was excellent from the beautiful garden area to the restaurant and lounge with the honesty bar. Really lovely place to stay, not what I was expecting at first but I have zero complaints about it!! The staff were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful and the shower controls were mindblowing; the only downside is the pillows/mattress aren’t too comfortable, but everything else about the property is fantastic. Thank you for being so accomodating!!
