Excellent location and very helpful staff. Only complaint is the extremely soft mattress in the single rooms. Didn’t sleep well. Others experienced the same. If matresses aren’t changes then I won’t return but if they do change, I will definitely return and recommend.

I booked this room for a friend coming from Turkey. On his way to the airport, his Uber was in a terrible accident delaying his flight. My friend is still in hospital. The driver was killed. I requested consideration for this circumstance, perhaps credit for future stay. The woman at the desk refused. There are times when we should make the right decision to be human and decent. Both EasyJet and Pegasus budget airlines have been extremely understanding and refunding all costs. Disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was excellent. My only disappointment was that I was expecting a twin room but my wife and I found ourselves in what was in effect two single rooms with an adjoining door. However, this was not a huge proble.
