Wonderful stay at Capital Hotel.

It was a pleasure staying at Capital Hotel. The room was quiet, clean, and well stocked with toiletries. Breakfast was fabulous every day and for Mother's Day the brunch was spectacular. The service was constant, attentive and courteous. We had a theft incident one night outside of the hotel and the staff called the Tourist Police and had the officers come over to report the theft and take our testimony. Their help was really appreciated. All the hotel staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend.

The staff are friendly and were patient with my very limited Spanish. Most staff spoke English. The room was clean and large with great balcony access. The bed was more firm than I like but it was fine. Room service was nice with vegetarian options. Airport shuttle was a smooth process and ride.

Ok stay, but could improve

The hotel definitely needs a revamp. The bathroom was pretty cramped in a room with lots of wasted space. The breakfast location randomly moved from the basement to the tenth floor without any notice or signage. Normally not a huge deal, except the elevators weren’t working.
