"Once again, we were welcomed warmly when we arrived and our car was swiftly taken from us and parked in the underground carpark. Our luggage was swiftly taken to reception where a very pleasant young man checked us in. The room was perfect except for the kettle which did not work. Breakfast, as always, was exceptional. We were pleased to see less seagulls pestering clients for food around the outdoor pool area. However, there seemed to be less large parasols around the pool this visit, and several flimsy lightweight ones that were blowing over in the wind. We had to hold ours in place by hand. Unfortunately, not the relaxing afternoon that we had anticipated. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved before our next visit."

"Decent hardware. Some staff clearly didn't care. Servers cloths was very dirty after breakfast (I normally ordered food after the breakfast was completed). The person who checked me in was very friendly and service minded. The pool are had a person who absolutely didn't care, the towels where floating around and they didnt seem to have any system for cleaning this. Would probably not stay at this location on my next visit."

"Excellent location, beautiful garden very close to the attractions large enjoyable pool, however we couldn’t use this time because of the small leak ,they emptied the pool, with last minute information, which we were already checked in, since this is an unforeseen event unfortunate there is nothing much to do.
