Beautiful hotel kept very clean and tidy at all times. Their biggest asset being their staff who were always warm and friendly and anxious to make sure we had a wonderful time. No request was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Only one criticism would be décor of room was a little dated and worn. Overall a great experience and we would love to return someday

Very nice hotel , good location little walk from Kuta Beach . Close to shops and restaurants . Hotels interior and rooms are fantastic , very tropical excellent experience.Everything is great in hotel side of things, only negative side is breakfast which is served in outside hotel restaurant or served in the room; it is very limited with little options to choose from. They wont even give one extra tea bag, lady in-charge said that they will charge for it , service is not friendly definately not...

The rooms were enormous, the bed was amazing and the service we received throughout our stay was first class, Seminyak itself is overcrowded with cars so would recommend travelling in foot or by scooter whilst there, and seeing the rest of Bali, away from the crowded tourist areas is a must. Staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and facilities were superb
