This clean and beautiful property was magical! The staff were amazing - professional, kind, helpful. The Junior Suite was spotless, great storage, extremely comfortable and had a beautiful terrace where I could conduct my work video calls.

We had a great stay. It is comfortable and quiet place. The breakfast is very good. Staff at the reception and Restaurant are polite and friendly. I would definetely stay here again. It would have been nice to be able to eat at the Restaurant, however we are not late evening eaters, so we had to pass that because of the late Restaurant hours. Also it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the pool a little longer than 7pm., as they close for evening pretty early. All in all a very place to spend some time off and visit the Bari area and Alberobello, a must see little town.

Hotel molto scenografico, struttura che meriterebbe di essere meglio valorizzata da una manutenzione discutibile. Soffione della doccia non utilizzabile in quanto il sostegno era rotto, diverse macchie di umidità in bagno, rubinetto del lavabo non ben fissato; ad ogni manovra del miscelatore pareva potersi rompere. TV senza alcun segnale. E, dulcis in fundo, improvvisamente mancata la corrente alle prese ed alle lampade della stanza; non certo problema di rete, visto che clima ed utenze esterne alla mia stanza erano perfettamente funzionanti.

Struttura molto bella ma camere da ristrutturare
Nel mio primo soggiorno avevo prenotato una Junior suite . La camera con terrazzo era molto bella . L’unica nota negativa sono i serramenti in legno che avevano parecchi spifferi ed avendo soggiornato a fine Novembre , era obbligatorio tenere accesa la pompa di calore tutta la notte . Pulizia nella norma . Per quanto riguarda ristorante , qualità prezzo buona , ho mangiato pesce tutte le sere spendendo il giusto . Colazione , mi aspettavo più scelta , comunque nella norma . Nella seconda parte del soggiorno ho pernottato in una camera superior che purtroppo non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative . Camera molto buia , arredo vecchio e trascurato , pavimento in linoleum , anche qui problemi di spifferi .

Sweet and charming w uncomfortable beds
The reception was lovely, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The rooms are sweet. One of the main draws was the water slide which wasn’t in service. The beds, linens and pillows were super uncomfortable. Cute spot but I would opt for a different hotel next trip

Verzorgd hotel.
Verzorgd hotel in de omgeving van Bari. Goed ontbijt, uitgebreid a la carte diner mogelijkheid. Goede keuken. Spijtig genoeg lagen we aan de achterkant van het hotel waar het minder rustig was aangezien er vanaf 's morgens leveringen en ophalingen zijn.
