"A perfect location in a smaller beach town with an infinity pool that overlook the bay and offer a few minute walk to the beach. The boutique Hotel has an amazing organic aesthetic, and amazing interiors and external gardens. Breakfast is incredible with an amazing group of two folks that go above and beyond on service, so kind and are ahead of you on any need. What a pleasure staying there and would love to be back in the area. The pool area has an ice box with cold waters, and your room gets refilled with sparkling wine and red wine along with waters, which is just perfect."

"Beautiful architecture in a convenient location for the ferry. Bilbao not far in a car. Nothing though within walking distance or by use of public transport. Very good breakfast choices. Dinner very limited choices and service slow. Nothing in room fridge or hotel to purchase on a very hot evening other than restaurant. Seemed to prioritise golf club. Small indoor pool only. Always busy. Three outside loungers only for the entire hotel. Nice but a rather restrictive."

"Lovely 19th century villa with fantastic views and wonderful staff. I would stay again for sure, despite being surprised that the split unit AC doesn’t work, only half the windows open, some bathtub tiles were old and appeared moldy, and there seemed to be no real concern about any of it. Still, I’ll pick the same apartment next time, and maybe bring my own large coffee mug and kitchen sponge :-)"

"We stayed in a triple room, sadly only for one night. We would have been happy to stay much longer. The rooms are modern, airy, smart and quiet. The electric blinds are really effective. Very comfortable beds and decent bathrooms, coffee, TV etc. Super clean. Location is really convenient too for the town and the beach. What sets the Hotel apart is the incredible welcome, service and friendliness. Esti spent a load of time recommending and booking restaurants for us and Pablo let us leave our luggage for the afternoon while we went to the beach. We could not have had a better stay. We loved Zarautz and want to come back and will return to Hotel Zerupe if we can!"
