Terrific location for a mixed bag
The bedroom carpet was nasty. It was sweltering and no cooling capabilities in the winter other than an open window. Mattress was hard. Breakfast buffet was awesome. People were helpful. Awesome location. Wonderful town and experience. Loved Bilbao!!

Mixed feelings
Hotel is very clean and up to date. The location is great. Parking is available but VERY difficult in the tiny garage. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, but quite small. Our room was made even smaller with a 3rd traveler requiring a fold-out bed that took up what little space there was in the room. However, the fold-out bed was quite comfortable as those go. Biggest issue is with the bathroom. The door is a swinging frosted glass door that cannot be locked and allows for the escape of, let's just say, odours. There is also no bathroom fan, which is always a good thing to have. Other than that the room was fine and I would consider (but not guarantee) staying there again.
