Excellent stay
The place was very dirty and unkept. But I came prepared. I cleaned our room and added flowers, scents etc, it felt more comfortable and more like an holiday home. The entertainment at night were absolutely fabulous. My kids really reallg love it. Pontins is more for kids and relaxation for parents. The beach are breathtaking and even more beautiful for an evening stroll. We really loved the experience and will definitely go back!! Can't wait!

The structure needs overall renovation. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on windows were not cleaned and hot water was set on the high which can be very dangerous with no water mixer. The corridors were very dirty with cigarettes lit all over the places. It would will be a nice get away if these issues are looked into and addressed right away. However, my kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the Arcade which was fun filled. I enjoyed the walk around the massive holiday park.

Left over food in the oven from previous occupants. Half the arcade machines not working, no option at time of booking for upgrade, 3 people 1 duvet cover supplied. No visible security, drugs being smoked everywhere.

What a dump!!!!!
What an absolute dump! When we turned into the drive for the park it looked abandoned. The whole place looks like it needs to be demolished, the rooms wernt clean nor was the whole site. Beds were uncomfortable and the linin they give you is cheap and nasty. The arcade was poorly maintained with only half of the machines working. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we booked. Will never stay here again.

Needs knocking down
Absolutely awful, floor absolutely filthy, one glass in the chalet for two people.
Bedding provided was for the double sofa bed so we couldn't sleep on the single beds which would of been more comfortable. The sofa bed was horrendous, our backs are killing us.
The worst thing was our neighbours in the chalet underneath, arguing all night, playing football all night until 3.30 am, smoking drugs, we only stayed the one night even though we booked two nights, NEVER AGAIN!! AVOID!!

Pontins is the worst.
Got to be the worst trip ever. 1st room sand on a very uncomfortable hard settee come bed. Shower didn't work. 2nd room more sand on the exact same so called bed settee. Decor is so dated and dirty. The stairs are very.old dilapidated concrete. The railings very old and rusty metal. Windows covered in bird pooh. All the boardings near windows very poor stated and not been painted in a long while. Entertainment garbage. Spent a lot of money in arcades just to try and keep the kids interested. Eventually booked a hotel in Llandudno. Will never go there again or advise anyone to go there. So much wrong with pontins i personally believe they will not spend enough money to make it better.

Shocking
On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. No matress protectors for the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable its like sleeping on a lumpy floor. The grounds are not litter picked litter everywhere. The main reason we picked this accommodation was for the swimming pool it was never open, for 4days we were there. I had to take cleaning wipes everywhere to wipe tables it felt liked it was managed by children. I know it was cheap but i expected a service and for the rooms to be clean they shouldnt charge anymore than £40 a night. Especially as they dont provide wifi and you have to buy you own electric
