O hotel está mal conservado, tivemos muitos problemas e passamos 5 dias pedindo ajustes: na chegada o quarto estava na categoria inferior a da reserva (ajustou apos reclamar no balcão); estacionamento insuficiente, carro ficou a primeira noite na rua; ar condicionado e chuveiro elétrico sem funcionamento; quartos sujos e serviço ruim; café insuficiente para grupos grandes. Pontos positivos: localização e gentileza e a vontade das recepcionistas em resolver os problemas, que eram muitos (coitadas!) e o hotel estava lotado.

Estadia razoável para insatisfatória
O hotel me parece que está em decadência. Tem boa localização, mas os qtos são mal distribuídos. Tivemos que trocar logo de cara, pois a chave digital não funcionava, o batente da porta estava pra cair, e qdo entramis, tinha um super vazamento no banheiro. Fomos para outro, um pouquinho melhor, mas o ralo do banheiro cheirava mal, o papel higiênico era super fino, e nos 4 dias que ficamos, a camareira não repos, e nós usamos o único rolo que tinha qdo chegamos. O café da manhã era mto parco, sempre as mesmas coisas, e tudo mto mal feito, desde a qualidade das coisas, qto os pratos quentes apresentados. Café e leite, horríveis. Parte de bolos, secos e sem gosto. Realmente, a única coisa que restou para darmos um nota razoável, foram os funcionários, mas com ressalvas a parte de limpeza.
