No geral o hotel é agradavel, com bom atendimento e funcionários prestativos. O café da manhã é ótimo, variado e saboroso. Os quartos são amplos, com cama confortável, mas o chuveiro não aquece e tem um jato fraco. A piscina externa é boa, mas a aquecida é muito pequena e rasa. Nota 8.

Estadia agradável Tudo organizado e limpo Café da manhã sensacional Porém, meu quarto estava sem o controle do ar Sorte que fomos com um casal e eles regularam com o deles , pq no aparelho nenhum botão funcionava. Um erro terrível , mais não tirei nota por isso apesar de ter me chateado. A recepção fecha cedo ou seja se tiver problemas não tem aonde recorrer. Penedo hotel casa do papai noel

Curtimos muito, somos bem atendidos por funcionarios solicitos. Um ponto negativo e que chegamos na sexta ,a piscina aquecida estava gelada,no sabado a piscina tb estava gelada. O funcionario nos informou que so funcionaria as 17. O dia estava frio,entao achei que iria desfrutar e nao teve como. A piscina ao ar livre e super limpa,da ate gosto de usar,porem a dr agua quente estava com a agua bem turva. Destaque para o cafe da manha, que e maravilhoso,funcionarios atentos na reposicao ,um dos melhores cafes da manha que ja fomos. Super vale a pena. Algo que vale falar tb e o chuveiro,agua quentinha e com pressao, banho super relaxante.
