My room was awful. Mold in the shower area horrible bed, sink clog. Housekeeping walked in with a DND in the door and left puddles of water all over. One bed, its foot brook. One ac, wasn’t working properly. Very good and varied food in the main restaurant. Long lines and disorganized at the other places to eat. All you can drink😊. Very family oriented. A lots for kiddos to do. Just not lucky with my room

Mto bom, mas pode melhorar em limpeza e barulho. Pontos positivos: localização, segurança, organização, estrutura do resort e de praia, funcionários atenciosos. Comidas e bebidas de mta qualidade. Pudemos entrar mais cedo e sair mais tarde do resort por conta do horário do voo. Pontos negativos inaceitáveis para uma diária de 2 mil reais: limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, baratas andando pelo gramado. Inclusive matamos uma no nosso quarto e acordamos com outra em cima do nosso lençol. Isso foi bem chato! Teias de aranha tb nos móveis, ao alcance da vista. Em relação ao barulho, a acústica do resort é péssima. Se vc ficar no andar de baixo de outro quarto, prepare-se para não descansar e dormir nas suas férias. Vc ouve passos, conversas, risadas, descargas, uma “arrastaçao” de móveis sem fim às 6h da manhã, meia noite, 3h da manhã. As escadas que sobem pro andar de cima são de madeira que rangem num nível que parece que está dentro do quarto.

Após 6 visitas a nota caiu…
Desta vez levei na viagem minha mãe uma senhora de 74anos, sempre fomos apenas eu, esposa e filho que hoje tem 13 anos. O espaço é bem familiar, limpo, o atendimento é gentil e cortes, os colaboradores são simpáticos. Minha queixa refere-se a falta de opção de refeição noturna para os idosos, nesta fase eles precisam de uma alimentação mais leve, um pãozinho, bolacha, chá, café com leite. Embora o resort tenha um serviço de quarto, não faz sentido privar o idoso de fazer as refeições e estar junto, integrado com a família durante toda a estadia e aproveitando as áreas do resort. Acredito plenamente que o LA TORRE tenha plenas condições técnicas e físicas de em cada ambiente ampliar esse cuidado. Do mais tudo maravilhoso como sempre.

No geral a estadia foi boa . Porém , a recreação adulta deixou a desejar quando anunciou o horário e local da atividade pela manhã e não apareceu , cancelando sem nos avisar . Tbém não avisaram a recepção e nem no app próprio do Hotel , o Yago .

A estrutura das areas comuns do hotel são otimas, confortáveis e agradáveis. A comida é boa, com uma qualidade e disponibilidade bem satisfatórias. O que deixa a deseja e destoa dos outros parâmetros do hotel é a estrutura do quarto. Moveis antigos com cheiro de morfo, as camas sao duras e os travesseiros ruins. Fiquei uma semana e nao foram noites de sono confortáveis. No momento do checkin ofereceram para alguns hospedes um quarto mais novo por um valor a mais e só soubemos depois. Foram dias bons e no geral vale a pena conhecer, mas voltaria apenas com o upgrade de quarto

Quarto muito bom, banheiro precisa atualizar. Travesseiro e colchão poderiam ser um pouco melhores, no entanto, compatível com quarto standard. Refeições e serviço impecáveis. Muita qualidade e variedade. Pratos bem preparados e bem temperados. Estrutura das piscinas, praia e áreas de lazer muito limpas e bem cuidadas. Programação diversa para adulto e crianças. Única ressalva vai para o restaurante Gino. Reservas acima de 4 diárias recebem um jantar de cortesia nesse restaurante. Na minha opinião não compensou. Os jantares no resort são muito melhores, tanto com relação aos pratos quanto ao atendimento. Na época que fui (inicio de março) tinha aguas-vivas, muitas. Fui queimada por uma, mas nada grave. A equipe disponibilizou vinagre o quanto precisou para lavar e fazer compressa.

Quarto puro cheiro de mofo
Infelizmente o hotel não me atendeu. O quarto que me colocaram era puro mofo e muito barulhento, impossivel de dormir. Mesmo pagando a diferença, só consegui mudar para um quarto superior depois da 3ª noite. Esse não tinha mofo, porém no quarto faltava agua nos horários de maior demanda (entre 18:00 e 20:30). O resort tem muitas baratas, principalmente no bar onde acontece os eventos musicais. O resorte é muito grande, mas há poucos espaços cobertos. Sendo assim, em caso de chuva, você certamente ficará preso no quarto. As piscinas são pequenas. A praia é excelente, mas infelizmente alguns hóspedes levam as famosas caixas JBL e começam a competir entre si quem toca a "pior" música, competindo inclusive com as músicas do hotel que até são boas. O hotel deveria coibir/proibir o uso dessas caixas. Com relação ao all-inclusive, a alimentação é excelente. Comida muito bem feita, com muita variedade, qualidade e sempre muito saborosa. Opçoes de hamburguers e pizzas excelentes também. Cervejas de garrafa 600ml de todas as marcas, inclusive heinecken. Na praia você ainda tinha a opçao de usar um balde com gelo com quantas garrafas quisesse colocar (nunca vi isso em nenhum resort do mundo). Bebidas destiladas e vinhos não eram de primeira linha, mas eram boas. O atendimento de todos os funcionários em geral foi nota 10.
