Superb hotel from start to finish, stayed 3 nights, location is just 20 mins walk from the centre. fast painless check in, lovely room, quality breakfast but the main thing that makes this hotel superb is the staff all great, a special thanks to Frank (front of house) and all the lads behind the bar that made the stay extra special. The actual property is lovely. Service however was lacking by very young staff for a hotel charging nearly $900 a night. This was matched w the staff in the restaurant who forgot our wine until asked and I also had a hair in my salad. We woke up to construction right outside our room that was not indicated for the property. Hotel as seen in photos but experience was lacking and not accommodated for when pointed out.
