Beautiful grounds, easy parking. We only stayed 1 night and did not use the SPA facilities. Check in was straight forward. Staff were ok. We did not eat at the hotel. Our room was ok, but more consistent with a 3 Star category, specially the bathroom which looked very tired and worn; the ceiling panels, tile groutings, bath and basin surface needed immediate attention / improvements. The air con worked fine and looked new. We had a good night sleep.

Complicated shower to operate and reviews of the restaurant made us drive to Troyes to avoid an expensive mistake , €47 each for 3 course meal is not good value ! The room was €178 and it did not include breakfast , a further €15 per person

Hotel was nice with decent level of facilities but the food was a little hit n miss. A steak was inedible and one was very similar. No offer if discounting this awful steak from the bill. I can assure inknwi my steak and it was truly impossible to chew.

Frustrated with booking
We liked our stay but were frustrated that on arrival at the hotel we were booked into a family room. We were only two my wife and I and only needed a standard room which were available but the hotel could not change the booking as it had been made online on the Hotels.com app. So we were landed with a room for five people. I tried to get a credit for the room difference to apply to our dinner but was unable to do so.

Perfect location, great hotel in nature
Nice, well equiped and spacious room. Little outdated through, especially the bathroom. Nespresso is nice, but no watercooker: reception provided a pot of hot water. Very nice. F&B choices are good, but service not so. Very slow and un-attentive. Forgot the wine and water. We cancelled the main course after 90 minutes waiting we were titer. But starters and Bread were fabulous. Breakfast we skipped but the buffet looked great. Next time we will try. The location in nature near the Lake and just 20min from Troyes is perfect. We came here already in the 90’s when it was part of Holiday Inn and loved the place. When it became Best Western I believe it was missing it’s former Grandeur, but now part of Logis Hotels it seems much better again. So overall, good hotel, we suggestief Some further renovation and he staff is friendly, just for a good hotel it seems not so experienced. But we will come back for sure. All the best!

We stopped en route back to uk from Italy. Lovely location but isolated from nearest town so no choice to eat other than at hotel. Dinner menu very odd . Variety of ingredients n plates which did not complement each other. Food was neither French or European. Serious problem with wasps in dining room Air conditioning system had broken down so had very poor nights sleep as no fans were offered and room temperature was high.we were advised not to open our windows because of mosquitoes I did complain when paying bill and was given discount of our restaurant bill.which was good but did not compensate for lack of sleep or quality of menu Breakfast was ok.

Nous sommes venus pour un séjour golf, donc repas midi avant parcours, repas après parcours, nuit, petits déjeuners puis retour. Sauf que l'hôtel qui gère aussi les departs pour le golf ne nous prévient que le golf est très gras donc interdit aux chariots, et que le parcours n'est doncvpas tres réalisable mais pas fermé, etant sur place nous tentons l'expérience, impossible nous ne faisons que 9 trous et encore tres difficilement autre surprise ceux les greens d'hiver. Lamentable 3 heures de route pour venir. NE VENEZ SURTOUT PAS EN HORS SAISON.
