Fantastic location, room was modern and clean. I was worried that it will be noisy at night but it was very well isolated from outside noise. They even kept my luggage for no extra cost after checking out,so me and my daughter can enjoy our day in London. I will come back there again

Fantastic experience. Lovely staff. Great room. Great location. And if you’re from the U.S., you can get a snack and a drink 24/7 in the lobby. Loved my stay there.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is about having a base in the heart of SoHo and the West End. The location is why people book it but the extras like the 24 cafe/bar is a nice touch for a basic bed and shower hotel. The rooms themselves are what you expect from this type of hotel. You get a double bed, big TV and ensuite shower. The room have little to no floorspace but having a kettle and tea/coffee in the room was a nice touch as you often don't get that in hotels of this type. This is a base and a bed/shower. If you want to luxuriate in a big room it's not the place for you but it was clean and well appointed. I'd stay again.

Excellent value and location. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Luggage store when arriving early was a definite bonus. Room had no aircon but the fan already provided was more than adequate and very much appreciated.

Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Hard to open large suitcases and still move about. The staff were very friendly and as a club member or booking a club room the food and drinks are included- this was a nice surprise. The location is perfect! Easy access to all that London has to offer. Very walkable to wherever you would like to go, easy Tube as well.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Only weird part is that the bathroom is basically right by the bed and has just a small glass partition, but I knew that going into it
