8/10 Very good

Solid room to stay in, but you have to call the owner ahead of check in to make sure someone is there, and even then they might just send someone else to check you in...
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Everything we needed, +extra towels
Basic, well used, functional overnight accommodation. No bedside lights for bedtime stories, but the gentle hum of the fridge to lull us to sleep. Kind host, Julia, didnt rush us out the next day, and directed us to the many cafés on London Road for breakfast ( Café Bonjour- excellent) while keeping our car in her safe keeping.

Great location for exploring north Wales and getting a local pub feeling.

Feedback for one night stay
Only 1 set of towels provided for two people. Only 1 toothbrush for two people. Only oat milk provided for tea and coffee.

I booked the property on the day. It was ok for one night in Oxford as it was close to my sons Uni House

Tired Guest House with noisy rooms
Nice owners running this guest house but unusual guests maybe DSS with many comings and goings from 2AM onwards until 6AM so no sleep one night but second was ok. All decor, shower and furnishings are ancient. Parking is good and access to Oxford centre is quick by cab.
Mark, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

no one there at 7.30 when breakfast was supposed to be served

8/10 Very good

It is alright!
Booked a double bed with a toilet. The bedroom was genuinely old but the bed, sofa, TV and bathroom were comparatively quite new. Despite the room is facing the main to ad, noise was not a major issue.

8/10 Very good

Had a fridge in the room which was a nice touch in the heat but a little negative is the windows where what you call tilt and turn and they kept shutting on themselves and wouldnt stay open.

2/10 Poor

door did not lock

2/10 Poor

Nothing
Katherine, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Decent for the money paid, but could be cleaner. Fire alarm went off because of smokers in the building so they should be more careful about who they let inside.

Pay more
The bedroom smelt bad, I had to ask for towels, old beer cup on top of wardrobe. I would rather pay more than stay here, despite the lovely lady that let me in
Kimberley, 1-night trip

Carpet was very old and dirty.

2/10 Poor

Don’t stay at the All Seasons Oxford
The room was dirty, table tops and dresser top filthy and you wouldn’t put anything on them, the floor was dirty, the bedding wasn’t fresh, the bath towel wasn’t fresh, I was given a choice for a small room at the back that was warm or a cold large room at the front, i took the front room that was very cold at night
Omar, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Landlady didn’t have a clue we were coming - just happy to talk with me over the phone and wasn’t there to give us the room key. She asked one of the tenants there to organise the room for us. Room was hastily put together and didn’t have the appropriate beds for the three of us. Beds were uncomfortable.Room was grubby and cold but thankfully has an en suite although we had to ask for toilet rolls for use in the loo. Towels were very small. Shower was either too cold or too hot. No toiletries apart from handwash. Wi-fi was thankfully working. I won’t book this property ever again!
precila, 2-night trip

The bathroom was poor not very clean. There was not enough milk or sugar. We were allocated the third floor room had I known this I would not have booked because my sister has bad knees and struggled to climb the stairs.
Sheila, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Should be much cheaper
It would have been fine at half the price. There is a smell of stale smoke everywhere. The shower did not drain quickly. The lock to the bedroom door was very difficult to use. There was a plastic bag over the smoke alarm. There was no milk or creamer with the tea/coffee. They have made efforts to modernise and the beds were ok.
