Room was nice and clean with kitchenette Great location , close to public transportation and Times Square right out the door. Breakfast had a lot of choices , it was very busy but staff was constantly cleaning tables and restocking food. We were on the 3rd floor which was convenient to use the stairs. We used the elevators a few times and was never a long wait Traveled with spouse.

6/10 Good

Overall, it was an okay stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious with a convenient kitchenette but the furniture felt outdated and the shower only had very hot water no warm or cool option, which wasn’t ideal during one of the hottest weekends of the year. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, but the elevators were always crowded, so be prepared to wait.
