Room wasn’t as large as photo. In fact it was much smaller. Having said that it was ok for one night.

Bathroom has a bit more space than many I have stayed in Tokyo. It's a nice hotel to stay. 3mins walk to the train station on the Yamanote line.

Will return for more stays when next in Tokyo.
Good location. Clean hotel with well maintained facilities. Helpful staff. Improvement in English proficiency among staff at front desk will further increase the hotel's overall appeal and service standards.

Poor 2.0
Extremely Disappointing
I’m as disappointed with your service as well! Tried to get ahold of you.. you didn’t return my messages. You booked me an extra day that I paid for. You booked a smoking rm for two people. I booked a non smoking for 1 person. The hotel had a blackout which they did not leave me a notice for which shut down the elevators on the day I was checking out! I would like a refund for April 15th for a night I had to fly out! If you can do that it will change my review about hotels.com

Exceptional 10.0
Nice sized room. Larger than the sardine can that you get from a business hotel. Adjacent to a number of hotels with the "stay" or "rest" option. It's a very short walk to Uguisudani station, which is on the Yamanote line. This makes it very convenient to get around.

Cheap and you won’t like it

Quite happy stay
The buffet breakfast is recommended. The room is small for a family of 3. The train station is near to the hotel.

Close to station
This was a stop over 1 night before starting a tour trip. It was handy for access from the local JR rail station although the walk back to the station is uphill, not fun with luggage! This hotel included breakfast which was mostly Japanese but some western items are available on the buffet. Good coffee.
