Customer service is dreadful. Heard them lying on the phone then tell the other staff member that they think the customer brought the lie. I had also sent a request through about my booking before the date and they ignored it completely as if i never sent the email.

Like always a wonderful stay. Beds and pillows so comfortable it’s hard to get up in the morning. Great friendly staff and very clean hotel. Only a $11 Uber ride to crown casino. Will always come back

4 nights at The Kinson
Room was clean and good size. Bed was very comfotable. The check-in was fast. There is no room service, but there are 3 very good restaurants nearby. One Italian restaurant was at the ground floor of the hotel and do take out. The 2nd one is SouthBAR at the corner of the street and 3rd restaurant is at Queen lane. There are also Subway and Mcdonalds 2 minutes walk.

2 night stay here with extra cost for on-site parking. Comfortable bedding, sufficient amenities but lacking a pot to use on the hot plates. Couch only seating for one. Otherwise adequate table and chairs. Wifi good. Lifts excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. No restaurant open on site but staff would deliver door dash or similar orders to your room. Tram stop at end of street. Would stay here again.

Parking fees were alittle steep but being from the country not used to paying for parking when you go to a hotel 🙂 staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant downstairs was super delicious as well as friendly and helpful, all in all a very positive experience 👍
