Front desk staff were excellent, especially the young man who checked us in. My only issue was that the outlet next to the bathroom mirror didn’t work, which made using the hairdryer a little challenging, it was a minor inconvenience as we were only there for one night.

The hotel was really nice and the service also was outstanding. At the front desk people were very friendly and very nice. They would unswear all the questions and will give an advise/suggestions. The only thing that I didnt liked was the smoking area that was on the front yard and on a porch.

O quarto é bastante simples e não possui frigobar, o que pode ser um ponto negativo para quem busca mais conveniência. Por outro lado, os funcionários foram bastante atenciosos e educados. O café da manhã, no entanto, deixou muito a desejar. Havia apenas três tipos de pães e algumas fatias de presunto, sem nenhuma opção de queijo ou outras proteínas. Ao solicitar queijo, fui informado de que não estava disponível. Também pedi ovos (cozidos ou mexidos), mas disseram que não preparavam. Essa limitação no café da manhã foi decepcionante e não atendeu às expectativas básicas.

O atendimento na recepção é simplesmente incrível! Todo o esforço da equipe para que tenhamos a melhor experiência possivel. As áreas comuns são agradáveis, o quarto tem um tamanho bom para um casal, chuveiro bom e água quente funcionando. Tem um pequeno armário onde podemos guardar nossas roupas tranquilamente e a TV possui uma boa variedade de canais.
