Nice hotel, with good facilities include an area on the ground floor to enjoy a quick meal and complimentary drinks. Location is a bit far from JR station but relatively near Sunshine City.

They have a washing machine and dryer and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Lots of umbrellas to borrow and the staff were very kind and helpful. Clean and affordable, but quite modest hotel with small rooms situated exellently in the heart of Ikekuburo just 10 min walk from the Ikebukuro Station. Lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities just around the corner. Hotel breakfast was quite poor, but overall good value for money. Recommended if you just want a place to stay the nights.

Might be hard to find at first but as long as you follow Google Maps, it will be fine. Once you get to a little pedestrian tunnel (as another reviewer mentioned) you’re almost there. It is reasonable walking distance to the JR station where there is a shopping centre, with Don quijote and pharmacies nearby. In terms of food, you can find a bunch near the JR station, or there are a couple McDonald’s in between the hotel and the station. Also 2 7-11s nearby. If you don’t want to venture out, the hotel has vending machines with food in it (don’t know if it’s good though).
