But only on certain drinks ... that were "not available " for 3 days. Property was great. Nice staff as well. Breakfast was good. Only two complaints. The steam room seemed to not be working a few of the days and my Expedia VIP status was not recognized which was a reason I booked the hotel.

Good location and friendly staffs. The bath tub shower in room 402 build too high from the ground and unsafe to get out with a slipping wet floor. We also have replaced the card keys 3 times due to the mechanical issues with the door lock.

The old shower inside a massive bath tub made accessibility real awkward and water constantly splashed all over the floors making it slippery as ice. I slipped on more that one occasion narrowly missed a serious arm injury. Hate to think how elderly visits handle bathroom obstacle course.

We absolutely loved the Cochin zen! We were only going to stay for one night but extended it for four. The staff went above and beyond for us including surprising me with a birthday cake when I never even told them it was my birthday! Our phones hardly worked while there so they were more than happy to help us make dinner reservations. The room was also stunning. We did the Cochin signature and everything about it was gorgeous. From the large walk in shower, to the king sized bed and the bathtub on the balcony. We will absolutely stay here again!!!
