Room was comfortable and appointed well for overnight travelers. Reception was professional and helpful. Directions online were helpful for finding the hotel (as it is in the middle of several). It would be helpful if they provided a shuttle service (gratis or for fee) to the airport. Would stay again.

Okay hotel for one night bit longer stay
Checkin was easy. Room was okay. Remote control for tv was not working and tv channels was not working, Wi-Fi was not working and the room didnt even have minibar or fridge. When i put clean room sign on the door, they just made the bed, didnt take all the garbage and they didnt refill with coffe or tea. I showered first night and before getting to bed i heard really loud noise, and it took me minute or two to find it, when i did i could not believe it, the shower head was dripping on the bathroom floor which was plastic that made horrible noise. The hotel should scrap the shower cabin. Breakfast was Ok, but it was to messy and not clean and tidy as you expect it to be, even Breakfast staff was different, they don't even say good morning or see you when you enter. The only reason i took this hotel was because it was new built and close to where i was working. Would only recommend this hotel for people staying one night and not for longer stay. Hotel is very close to airport.

Nice rooms but service level totally unprofessional. We had a dinner at the restaurant but when we paid the bill (hugely expensive) I asked to get details of what we eat and price split by each item. Well, they were not able to find the list of what we have eaten. They said they should send us an email but still this email didn't come. I suppose they charged on my bill someone else dinner. They were not even able to find the details of our table. Come on!

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat overwegend anderstalig is maar me steeds probeerde in het Nederlands te woord te staan. Jammer: geen enkele TV-zender in het Nederlands. Verder alles prima. Gratis airportshutttle. Uitstekend geschikt om een reis vanaf Zaventem te starten. Dat alles voor een prima prijs.
