I was quite impressed with the room and the hotel. I booked a compact room but it was fine, plenty of room and very comfortable. Only slight negative was the traffic noise which could be a problem for light sleepers. I would happily stay here again. Quite a handy location for concerts at Hammersmith or Shepherds Bush.

I was pretty worried about staying here after a poor experience at the Bob W Earl's Court location but the Holland Park location was SO much better. Brighter, more generous and more up to date rooms, bigger bathrooms and more facilities. The tea and coffee station still didn't feel super clean so I didn't use that but otherwise this was a much better experience and better value for money. Think I was lucky with the room - I had a single room in the Basement which was a good size compared to other reviews that I've seen and pretty warm as it is the height of summer and the windows were at street level so I was reluctant to keep open. Overall, I'd stay here again.

The property is well maintained. The room had great amenities and access to more if needed. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. The room (standard double) is small, but we only needed to sleep and shower mostly. If you're looking for a large room, make sure you review options available. Location was close to underground, restaurants and groceries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Nice rooms and good facilities especially the lounge with access to the garden. The free luggage lockers are a great idea and work really well. The only negative is the amount of doors and fire doors so it can be difficult to get around the building with your luggage

Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that the walls seem pretty thin - I could hear the tv next door/whenever anyone was on the phone or moving luggage around. If you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to noise, consider this before booking but I would stay here again.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Holland Park. The room is comfortable. It’s set up perfectly. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is wonderful with accessories like shampoo and beautiful, smelling soap. They also have a tea set and dishes for a microwave and a tea kettle, which makes it super affordable when traveling. They were very helpful when I needed help. And I really enjoyed my stay. It made my job in London, super easy and totally manageable..

Perfectly clean and serviceable for a short stay. The kitchen facility was quite basic - literally just a kettle and microwave so you won’t be making any three course meals here. The room was also a bit short of storage to put my things and the bathroom was a bit cramped. Considering the price I paid not really too much to complain about. I was happy and would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget and need a base for a few days.

The room was clean overall but the finer details were missed. There was dust in hard to reach places and there was a stain on one of our towels. As well as this there were stains on the carpets in the corridors which weren’t a nice first impression. Our Tv did not work and when instructed by the AI tool on whatsapp on how to fix the problem, after following all the instructions the tv still didnt work. For the price we paid I would at least expect a working TV. Otherwise our stay was lovely. The location was good, the overall cleanliness was good and the room was very spacious. Another downside was when we arrived 2 hours before check-in, we couldnt use any of the lockers as they were all reserved.

Even though the checking in instructions were out dated and confusing regarding the key fob, and my basin was dirty, snd there were dark hairs on the bathroom floor, l would stay again. I would of given a 5 rating, but for these shortcomings. It's a well thought out concept with accommodation in convenient locations and the pricing is good.
