Terrible wifi but the staff was nice and check in and out was easy.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed how close this hotel was to Kamala Station. Contrary to info however, this property does indeed have a well staffed front desk. We stayed at other places in Japan that did not have a front desk, necessitating codes to enter and assuming the same here from the erroneous info, it was necessary to make costly phone calls to the hotel only to finally learn (when we found someone to help us in English) that they did indeed have a front desk. An adequate place to stay nonetheless.

Good experience for first time visiting in Japan
The front desk people were very helpful, nice and accommodating our requests during our stay in the hotel.

hotel rate night was reduced to 50 USD. a very good deal. Got medium size room.. clean. comfortable bed. safe area. Tried to book one more night next day I was told regular rate 100USD for a smaller room. Hotel is extremely difficult to find even for taxi. but it is not so far from Kamata station if you find the hotel first. from a bridge you have to go down the stairs and hotel will be on the right site almost at the corner from the side street.
