When we checked in, the person at the desk didn't speak English very well and it took about 20 minutes to check in because of the language barrier. A second person came along that also didn't speak clear English and it was a little frustrating when they asked me questions and I couldn't answer. Once everything got settled and we got into our room, it had a bad smell in the room, very unfresh and stale. I am a bit anxious about dirty beds and sheets, etc. so I pulled the sheets back on the bed and there were so many hairs on both beds in the room that I was literally sick to my stomach. Long hairs, short hairs, different colors; I immediately went back downstairs to ask for clean sheets or a new room and they did give us a new room which also had a hair in one of the beds but was better than the previous room, so we took it. The next morning I went downstairs to get a water from the "gift shop" and I asked them to bill it to my room but she said she couldn't, but then had trouble trying to charge me for it. It took more than five minutes just to buy a bottle of water. The breakfast was mediocre at best; the biscuits were dry and hard, the waffle mix tasted bad, my friend didn't have a shower curtain in her room and her towels were dirty (not stained). I could not wait to get out of this hotel.
