We arrived early at 8am and were able to get our room which was a very nice surprise. Great service from the reception in general. Breakfast was very good and the room spacious. Only small critique is that there was lip stick on the coffee cups we had in the room.

This is always a top rated experience. Amazing location by Metro, train, bus and the major shopping center Fields. 8 minuts to copenhagen airport, 10 minuts to central Copenhagen. Dont need taxi for nothing.

I am booking king size bed but when arrive, she give me a double bed and the room very bad and you charge me more than my room. I take double room I’m booked king size and he charge me for this

Was disappointed when we checked in - I called the hotel twice and messaged them requesting a room on a high floor. When we checked in we were given a room on the 6th floor which was one floor higher than the lowest floor with rooms.
However, we arrived earlier than check in time and they gave us a room straightaway
Room was nice and clean
Best part was the breakfast, eggs were made on demand and were delicious
The negative was getting a lift in the morning as they would go to top and then be full when they got to our floor
Second negative was the very expensive car park - over £20 per night

Not really what you expect from a 4 star hotel at this price. The first room we got smelled like urine, so we requested another one. That one didn't have a smell, but instead it had an annoying whining noise from the elevators every time they went up or down - which they did ALL THE TIME. Also, the breakfast was a huge disappointment. Definitely nothing special, I'd say below average even compared with any random 0-star independent hotel. Was really expecting more at this price point.
Other than that, it was ok for one night. But why some hotels insist on installing a tiny glass wall next to the shower, I will never understand - it's like they think people WANT the shower to splash everywhere on the bathroom floor... Oh, and I forgot - literally the first thing the receptionist said upon check-in was "Do you want to become an IHG member?". I get it, but come on. It's something you expect in a hardware or electronics store or something, not from a 4 star hotel...
