The stay was not really a success. The room was rather noisy due to the lift operation day and night. Very late evening did a servicemen knock 2 times on the door and just walked in claiming I have requested some kind of service! The hotel feels a little outdated, like it has seen its best days. The room was quiet, which was good. Staff was also helpful and friendly. The greatest inconvenience was that my room shower only provided hot water, no cold at all! Tap water was fine but the shower wasn't, so you can imagine my showers were not long. Probably could have switched the room but I didn't have the time to do all that hassle.

Zero Development Given I think the hotel is around 15 years old. Exterior is still nice but inside is very soulless and rooms are tired. Pillows were rock hard and special mention goes to the taps and shower which were terrible. Very little to offer in terms of amenities. The atrium is pretty pointless and serving more the business park then the hotel guests. It doesn’t look as good as in the fancy pictures. Location is excellent but we were debating whether to stay in Bella Center or here and decided try this one ours. Not a great choice.
