We had a very comfortable stay at Crowne Plaza. The rooms were clean, spacious, and a great size for our family of three. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to both the metro and train for getting into downtown Copenhagen. The airport is only about 20 minutes away, which made travelling very easy. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good spread and plenty of variety to choose from. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel for families visiting Copenhagen.

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel isn't in the centre but there's a metro station 2 mins away which gets you into centre and anywhere else you want to go quickly and easily. There's also a huge shopping centre on the street for everything you need. Good breakfast & coffee and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than a more central hotel we stayed in a few years ago. Only disappointment was the shower which didn't match the standard of the hotel.

This was our second visit to this hotel. It is great, I cannot fault it. Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, it is 5mins from metro/train station(one stop from the airport) Breakfast is fantastic with a dedicated kids buffet section. There is a kids playroom with craft supplies, hobby horses, Nintendo switch and board games. In the room there is a mini fridge with bottled water, tea/coffee, chrome cast for tv. My kids are desperate to go back already!

Very late evening did a servicemen knock 2 times on the door and just walked in claiming I have requested some kind of service! Impressive hotel.Room was clean. Our room temperature could not be controlled to a comfortable setting. Staff was helpful but at checkout insisted on charging our card for payment. We told him that we had prepaid… finally the girl who had checked us in confirmed it was already paid. They didn’t mention airport shuttle and we forgot that it is available . Took uber to airport. Breakfast was a reasonably good spread.
