Laura assisted us immediately upon our arrival without hesitation!! it was so appreciative and made the check-in extra smooth. we were able to store our luggage until we checked in for free which was amazing (first come first serve, but it’s a good sized secure closet). The room looks great, exactly like the pics and it feels clean. can’t wait to try out the pool!! would recommend.

Very central location. Because it’s on a Main Street in south beach it’s not the whitest so bring earplugs if you are sensitive. I paid a few dollars extra and got a surprisingly big room. Bed and pillows were fine but you get what you pay for. Pay attention to the check-in process. It’s not clearly explained and the building is not staffed evenings if you plan to arrive late. You need to pre-check in online and provide ID, photo, and credit card for authorization to get the checkin instructions. The staff is helpful when they are there, and they gave me a reasonable rate for a 5 pm checkout to accommodate a late flight. All in all it was FINE.

The location is great, two blocks off the beach, with a CVS accross the street and restaurants in all directions. There is no front desk agent, so check in and check out are through a website, which is nice but i would prefer a human in there. Overall it was a pretty good hotel for the price, would stay again 👍

The hotel lacks amenities. There are no staff, no coffee makers in room even though the Expedia listing states all rooms have coffee makers. The lobby area lacks any resemblance of a welcoming lobby. The area leading to the pool is where the bar is located and it is in total disarray. Positives - good location, clean rooms but no daily service. I would not stay here again unless enhancements are made by management and attention to detail is implemented.

Checked in Tuesday, door key packed didn’t work. Checked out Saturday, staff was changing batteries to keypad. Way too many days to fix an issue. Not all lights or sockets in room worked. Balcony absolutely not clean. Hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Quiet, friendly staff. Close to everything, Huge hotel room. Great value.

The only negative comment no face cloths, house keeping never washed any I had plenty of hand towels and dry towels though. Has to use hand towel as face cloth. I was worried about no front desk service but they responded right away with any concern I had by email. I will definitely be back
