The stay was great from the initial greeting by Tammy at the front desk to the facilities. Tammy was great on recommendations for food options.

The front desk agent (younger female) was incredibly rude. Even my coworkers couldnt believe she speaks to guests like she does and her manager in the back office did nothing about it. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

We were here for my daughter's cheer competition at the Gaylord Rockies. Comfort Inn and Suites was just a short drive away with much better pricing! The hotel was so clean, the breakfast each morning was delicious, the pool was also clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!
