Great location! Had a bit of confusion with check in? Had to stay one night at Their other hotel? Hotel is on a busy street makes it hard for taxi pickups and drop offs. Two blocks away from main plaza. Would stay again

8/10 Very good

It was near the attractions in the historical center. The street is noisy for those with a room by the window.

Noisy like no other. The Atrium increases the level of sound. Loud music all day. Didn't sleep all night. Never again

Only thing I disliked was the noise from the road and neighbors making it difficult to sleep. Staff was amazing.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is in the historic district and extremely well located however, on the first night we were put in a rather small room, the window which was the only source of ventilation was in the corridor so anyone walking by could look in. The next day our room was changed to a much larger and more comfortable room but this one faced the busy road so we heard all the traffic going by until late at night. CNt beat the location however
Christopher, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Simple hotel stay in the historic city center
Inexpensive. The hotel lacks any decoration, the rooms are very small, the bath room may be a challenge to use for larger people. The sink faucet has only cold water. The hotel also needs a bit of updating in the hallways and stairs need some cosmetic repair.

6/10 Good

The entire staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Especially a young man named Denis who greeted us and was honest in letting us know all the inconveniences of the hotel and looking for options and ways for us to feel more comfortable. The rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is convenient for walking around downtown and visiting important sites but there is too much traffic all the time. Our biggest complaints are the noises that are heard in the rooms, the street traffic is loud all night, and during the day the music from the business speakers is very loud, any sound from people in other rooms is very loud because of the echo and the walls that have not been built against the sound. You will have to use earplugs if you want to sleep well. There is no power from 8pm-8pm, the hotel is completely turned off because it does not have its own generator. Another drawback was the parking, there is no parking on site, you have to use the public parking one two blocks away and you can end up paying up to $15 dollars per day.

Nice and clean room. Small breakfast but no problems to ask for more. The rooms has no ventilation and no hangers for the clothes. But overall a nice stay.

I had a room street side..very noisy..could not rest or sleep..room not insulated from noise of the street..very loud..window not sealed..the noise was as if the window was opened but was closed..traffic all night..police sirens..it was the worse room I have ever stayed in..
Bernard, 6-night trip

2/10 Poor

No outside windows, rather you have two large windows facing an interior stairwell. Absolutely no decoration whatsoever! A plastic chest of drawers. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures online! The level of noise was ridiculous. You can hear everything starting at 5:30 am or so on as the staff is getting ready for breakfast, the noise echoes through this multi-level staircase, that by the way has motion sensing lights so any time anyone walks by, very bright lights illuminate your room since all you have is a pull down shade. If you don’t want out need much sleep, you’ll be ok! Also, our bathroom door didn’t latch or even close all the way. It was cheap, and we definitely got what we paid for!!
Todd AARON, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Huge step up to the bathroom which could be a hazard at night. Shower leaked and created pools of water on the floor. Bathroom door frame was not secured. Floor of room very slippery - be very careful. No shelf to put anything on in the bathroom and nowhere to put soap in the shower (no soap holder). Noise echoes so was noisy. No benches or similar to our luggage on. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond.
Graeme, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Poor management Can’t speak English At first they authorized an early check in Once we got there they refused to give us a room When we got back later they just told us they where no room left because one had a plumbing malfunction We had to book somewhere else with no help from them
Claude, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This property took our money and then re-sold our room. We arrived at 10.30 on New Years Eve, they lied to us and told us the money had been returned and we then had to find a new hotel. We were refunded our money but are still out of pocket. Even if you like the look of the property and book it, that is no guarantee you have you a room
James, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

There was a leak that meant they didn’t have a room for us. But instead of letting us know when we arrived at 10 they told us after check-in at 2. We were able to leave our bags, but the bathroom in the lobby was gross. When they told us we couldn’t stay he said he would send us to another hotel that was similar and they were expecting us. We thought that was great. He put us in a taxi and the driver tried to find the place for 45 minutes, including three phone calls to Hotel David for directions. I don’t know if the place we ended up was even where they were trying to send us. Of course problems happen, but this left us in a bad position and it would have been much better if we had been told when we first arrived so we could have re-booked.
Jeri, 1-night trip

The only reason this place isn't 1 star is because of the amazing staff. We booked for 4 nights and the first day we arrived to one of the rooms that looked similar to the photos posted with a balcony, the room smelled of sewage. The room and bathroom was clean, but the smell would come from the pipes. The room is also directly above an electronics store that would play music from loud speakers from open to close. Even at night, the cars and sound from the street would fill the room even with the balcony doors closed (they were not well sealed at all). When we asked to be moved to a quieter room that didn't smell bad, the only rooms available were in the back of the hotel which is where most of the rooms were located. These rooms were very spartan in their appeal. Very small with no ventilation whatsoever unless the small window open to the rest of the hotel was open. The walls are paper thin and the hotel has sounds from the neighborhood come in from the top of the hotel which is not renovated at all and open to the air. Everything about the hotel is low quality, much lower than expected even for the inexpensive price. NO POTABLE WATER ANYWHERE IN THE HOTEL. We only lasted to the 2nd night before we had to leave early and book another hotel in the area If you're looking to have a terrible night sleep at an affordable price, this "hotel" is for you. During our stay, there was no drinking water, meager breakfast, we lost power and had to get ready in the dark. The room was so
