We had to stay a few extra nights due to flight cancellations and the staff were very compassionate and accommodating. Super quiet location with several nice restaurants nearby. Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very professional. I went to the spa for a massage and Sophia took fantastic care of me. Everything was clean, relaxing, and overall a wonderful experience. Breakfast was great as well - they had buffet style with several options. If i return to Porto i will definitely stay here again.

Location is not going to lie you will need transportation or walk little bit to get to places but area is very safe and most of all VIEWS are amazing!! cant beat it! staff is very friendly and room is clean! bathroom sink was draining little bit slowly but that was no issue. If you walk like 20 minutes to the boardwalk by the water they have many places to eat and drink and enjoy! GOOD place!

Sky bar staff weren’t great, couple just kept flirting with each other and when the robot turned up with food they didn’t even notice and it left again with the food, so by the time we got it l, it was cold.
