Great food in the restaurant. Close to see the old parts of Nowy and Stary Sącz. Close enough to walk there. Far enough not to hear city noise and run in peace around

The room was excellent, spacious and clean, very good breakfast and very friendly staff. Everything better than expected.

Overall my stay was quiet nice but of course there is always ''but'' small but still. My room was with kind of kitchen, I do not understand why kitchen with sink, cooktop and all necessary dishes and even dishwasher but the most important thing like fridge was not there. Other small thing the bathroom, there is not even small shelf to put soap and other things like toothbrush on the sink, taking shower you have to put all necessary things like soap, shower gel etc. on the floor what is very inconvenient there is nothing only walls. I hope the management will change that.

Having a suite with a kitchenette without a fridge, it is a kind of ridicules. Once I opened the window it was very noisy since early morning. Parking was very limited, the spots were taken by another drivers not using the hotel. Shower cabin without even small shelf for soup etc. Overall I hope the next time my stay will be more pleasant.

Fremragende, super helt exceptionel hotel en af de bedste oplevelser nogensinde og jeg har boet på mange hoteller around the World, det mest venlige personale fra rengøring til reception tror ikke det findes bedre. Morgenmaden er helt suveræn og varieret. 6 ud af 5 stjerner.
