Shady dealings
Property owner didn’t have prior rental person out of the property when it was time for us to check in! Had to book a different property extremely last minute, on the spot. Fortunately found another property to book at or it could have really left us in a lurch! Not happy and not impressed with property owners and rental process! Still waiting for reimbursement!
