Room was spotlessly clean and really generous in terms of space and storgage, The FoH staff were proactive and incredibly helpful. We dropped our luggage off early and when we returned to check in I was just handed the keys and told our luggage was already in the room - a truly seamless experience. The breakfasts are all cooked to order and by the taste clearly use quality ingredients and are prepared with great care - definitely an unexpected highlight.

The fun, funky design does not detract from the fact that this is a super hotel in a great location. Our room was a very good size with a large, super-comfortable bed (amazing pillows -we’ve just ordered some for home). Nice bathroom with good shower. Quiet location given its prominence on the Euston Road. Nice buffet breakfast. Warm, helpful staff throughout the business. Excellent, thank you.

Super nice reception staff, funky punky decor. Room furnishings and bathroom were a little tired but it didn't matter as it was spotlessly clean, fabulous rain shower, comfy bed and pillows. Complimentary mini bar full of snacks and drinks. Great location just opposite King's Cross Station. A little noisy from traffic on the streets but had ear plugs. Had a great night stay and will be back.

It was a great room. Very nice decor and a super comfortable bed. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. They certainly made me feel welcome, even though my stay was short. It’s a perfect location if you need to be near Kings Cross station.

Excellent experience, lovely room space for wheelchair user and family to stay together. Only snag might be the turning circle into the lift is tight and for a larger powerchair or scooter it may be a no! But for us it was fabulous. Well worth the money and the breakfast was very good indeed. Opposite St Pancras and Kings Cross so very helpful location wise for Eurostar.
